The shuttle service was SO convenient! it made getting to the terminals super easy. the staff were also very helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. the room was very spacious. I had plenty of room to spread out my luggage.
the plumbing made some unusual noises.

The location is wonderfully convenient, only a short walk to Terminal 1. A complimentary shuttle service operates to and from Terminal 2, which saved time. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other accommodations I've experienced! The cleanliness was perfect throughout the room.

I had a Twin Room. It offered ample space, more than I anticipated, and was very tidy. All basic amenities were present and functioning well. The room was quiet. This allowed for restful sleep before my early flight.

The free shuttle bus was invaluable for my early morning flight. The room was very spacious. I appreciated having so much room to move around.
The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly and the room was too hot. The window could not be opened, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this.
